Application for remand

This document is hard to read but this is what we received as a reason for the arrest of Austin!

They claim his Court Order which released him was burned in Lakki Gate by protesters.

This is absolutely outrageous, that the Police officer arrest someone WITHOUT A WARRANT, without warning. This is a CIVIL case not a criminal case where people get taken away as a danger to public like say, if you assault someone and there are witnesses. 

I demand answers from Inspectorate of Police in Abuja and from Mr Adamu himself how is this even possible and tolerated.
