Despite having issued several piece meal orders by the Department of Personnel and Training, under the Ministry of Personnel PG and Pension, Government of India based on the Supreme Court and other lower Courts orders and judgements, there exists still ambiguity in the implementation of the said orders. Therefore I had requested the Secretary, Ministry of Personnel and Training to kindly issue clear cut and unambiguous OM authorising this trivial benefit of one notional increment for pensionary benefits to those who retired retiring from service on 30th June and 31st December after 01-01-2006. I request all the Central Government Pensioners who are eligible for this pensionary benefits to support me by joining in this campaign by submitting this appeal
