You will receive yours as a blind copy. Every now and then an uplifting email comes my way. An email that says positive things and is encouraging. Yours is one of them. THANK YOU. As you have stated, there are several bad things going on. No doubt we are not aware of all of them - the State and secrecy are synonymous. In fact, some of the things going on are pure evil. The present one we are faced with has to be one of the worst. When the main-stream media (MSM) in Australia can disseminate despicable images* and demonize a mentally-handicapped person who is wrongly imprisoned, when not a shred of evidence has ever been presented to prove Martin Bryant with his 66 IQ is guilty of anything, it confirms things in Australia have reached a very low point indeed. And to make it worse, the fact that the official body "responsible for promoting good standards of media practice," has given the green light to News Corp Australia to disseminate "robust" articles is way beyond appalling. I believe the Australian Press Council is complicit in a crime. (* As you know, a $20,000 reward is about to be issued to see if these images can be replicated. Can anyone take similar images of the mesh enclosure from the hill 600 metres distant from Risdon Prison as claimed by New Corp Australia? Or were the images taken on prison/government property? An inside job. And were the images really taken by that Walkley award winner Gary Ramage? Or by ASIO? Or by.........?) Am now working on an open letter to the people of Australia in which the Australian Press Council chairman David Weisbrot will be addressed. This mongrel par excellence is actually a professor emeritus (The University of Sydney). He has been awarded an AM (Arsehole/Australia Medal), and, what is beyond comprehension, he holds a JD (Juris Doctor) university degree. But this legal heavyweight refuses to speak. Weisbrot's failing confirms to all in Australia that not only is he a gutless mongrel, but it also proves the Australian Press Council is a sham organization. Weisbrot's silence confirms Truth and Justice are officially meaningless in fair-go Australia. Instead of reining in corrupt media, the Australian Press Council aids and abets rogue publications under the guise of freedom of the press. But tragically, Australia has been at this low point for quite some time. Take the case of Alma Tirtschke. She was violated then murdered in 1921. Poor little Alma was just 12. That was some story. The MSM of the day demanded someone pay the price, so the State obliged and lynched Colin Campbell Ross - innocent Colin Campbell Ross. This is what barrister Thomas Cornelius Brennan says in his book The Gun Alley Tragedy about that case: "A perusal of this review, whether or not it satisfies the reader of the innocence of Ross, will, at least, satisfy him of the need for a close scrutiny of evidence of this kind; and future juries will be reminded of the necessity of never being stampeded by newspaper or popular clamour into preconceived ideas of the guilt of any man, and of ever being on the guard against perjury and conspiracy." (Whoever raped and killed Alma got away with his crimes. So too has/have the gunman/gunmen who killed everyone at and near Port Arthur.) We know mentally-handicapped Martin Bryant functioned at the level of an 11-year old. At a school grade 6 level. Regardless, the MSM said he massacred everyone at Port Arthur and at Seascape - at all seven crime scenes. Forget that only one witness (James Laycock) knew Martin Bryant and that this witness wrote in his statement that it was not Martin. Forget that in their written statements other witnesses who saw the gunman up close said it was not Martin Bryant. Forget about the two Salzmanns who at the Port Arthur Historic Site tollbooth got inside the car with the guman and had a conversation with him. Forget about Nelson Brothers Funeral Services (VIC) which had special embalming equipment manufactured ready for the official killing at and near Port Arthur. Forget about the SCREAMING! TRUTH! - there was NO trial; NO jury ever considered any so-called official evidence. Someone had to pay the price. So they slammed that boy-man away forever - for the term of his natural life. We know innocent Martin Bryant was assigned that criminal of a lawyer John Avery who did not defend Martin. Who did not accept Martin's PLEAS of being innocent. In fact, Avery actually argued against his own client. Some defence lawyer. If lynching was still the law in Australia, innocent Martin Bryant would have joined innocent Colin Campbell Ross years ago. You may recall the hanging of Ronald Ryan in 1967. You were 18, I was 16. Now that was some story. MSM fed on it for weeks. But this is what barrister Philip Opas has said about it: "I am of the opinion that not only did he (Ryan) not fire a shot, but that he could not have fired the shot that killed the warder. I rely on facts that could neither lie nor be mistaken. The bullet that killed Hodgson was never recovered. It passed right though the body. It was never proven that the M1 carbine held by Ryan ever fired a shot while in his possession.... Ryan was the unfortunate victim of the Premier's (Henry Bolte) determination to have a hanging." (in THE WORST OF BRITISH JUSTICE) The same goes for innocent Martin Bryant. It was never proved he fired a single shot. But you won't find the MSM saying that. To the MSM, just saying Martin is guilty proves his guilt. Move forward to 1978, to the bombing at the Hilton Hotel in Sydney. Three dead and three innocent patsies imprisoned. MSM fed on it for weeks. And again, the Truth was in short supply. MSM did not want to investigate who made the bomb. It's documented that ASIO wanted it manufactured by the CSIRO. This is what barrister Tom Molomby, author of the book Spies, Bombs & the Path of Bliss, said about that bombing: "It is timely to ask - though the media have not done so - what is going on? How is it that an inquest can be terminated and enormous prejudicial publicity generated against three people on the basis of evidence which the police themselves clearly regarded as worthless? It is not surprising that no answer to this has been provided, but it is profoundly disturbing that the Australian media are not interested in the question." (in MASS MURDER: Official Killing in Tasmania, Australia) The same goes for the Port Arthur Massacre. The inquest was stopped. Officials killed that too. You can read a copy of the letter stating this in MASS MURDER. The letter was signed by Ian R. Mattinson, who was then with the coroner's office of Tasmania. Staying in Tasmania, let's move forward to 1992 - the year the SOG (Tasmania Police killers) sent Joe Gilewicz to his maker. Blasted him right out of his humble home it seems. Sons of God (sons-of-bitches really) had the evidence. Right there. Bags of it. But this is what Paul Tapp writes in Disquiet, his shocking book about Stan Hanuszewicz, the cop with integrity who investigated the killing then blew the whistle on the police murder of Joe Gilewicz: "Forty-three exhibits in his notebook. So many unnecessary exhibits. Over the bloody top. So many spent cases. Twenty-twos. Shotgun. High-powered brass. Scores of the bastards, in plastic bags, cluttering his work-space like it was garbage collection day. And that's what most of it is. Garbage. Joe's house is going to look like a war zone. The inquest is being prepared for a lie. It's all bullshit." Same goes for Seascape Cottage near Port Arthur. Shitloads of ammo they said. More firearms than an Australian assassination (murder) team in Afghanistan would have. (Muslim mothers and their Muslim babies put up a hell of resistance - even when they are asleep and unarmed at night in their little Muslim beds.) But not one piece, not one single round of any calibre was ever proved to have belonged to or to have been discharged by innocent Martin Bryant. Of course this has now brought us to the mother of all bullshit stories - the 1996 narrative about the official killing at Port Arthur, the worst mass murder and the worst injustice in modern-day Australia. (If you want to see bigger numbers, look at the list of mass murders in Australian history. In 1840 at Gippsland it is estimated they did a 1000. Could have been more. All Black bastards, no worries.) This is what Terry Schulze said recently on the Internet about the worst injustice in modern-day Australia: "I'm a retired barrister that did extensive research into the Port Arthur Massacre. I KNOW that Martin Bryant is innocent." (see comments with the petition mentioned to you in my last email) But the people of Australia are expected, without a shred of hard evidence having been proven in a trial, to believe Martin Bryant is guilty because News Corp Australia says so. Because Gary Ramage the Walkley award winning photojournalist has taken images of a "caged circus animal" and is now selling those images on the Internet. (Because Mick/Rick Dyson, the ex-SOG who loves being involved with violent incidents says he was not the/a shooter inside Seascape. Honest.) And because the Australian Press Council says News Corp Australia has every right to disseminate poison because it's in the public interest - "robust" journalism; the truth, plastic bags full of it.
