KILLING MARTIN BRYANT....Please read this valuble information

28 OCT 2015 ALL LISTEES ON MARTIN BRYANT national and international email lists Dear READER, As many of you know, last month News Corp Australia published articles that promote hate of Martin Bryant. That employees or inmates at Risdon Prison could be encouraged to kill innocent Martin is a documented truth. So too are the subsequent associated comments in which talk of killing Martin Bryant appears. The publication of these unacceptable articles by News Corp Australia was taken up in the form of a complaint to the AUSTRALIAN PRESS COUNCIL. Together with the standard complaint form, a 21-page submission document detailing the unethical criminal articles published by News Corp Australia was submitted. (Fomenting hatred and encouraging killing are CRIMES.) Yesterday, a brief dismissive letter (27 October 2015) was received from the complaints manager Paul Nangle of the AUSTRALIAN PRESS COUNCIL. No doubt you are not surprised given News Corp Australia is involved. I was not surprised - but I am extremely annoyed. Nowhere on the website of the AUSTRALIAN PRESS COUNCIL does it declare that it is acceptable for publishers to publish articles filled with inaccuracies and wordings which encourage the hate of mentally-incompetent people regardless of their circumstances. Nor does it declare that it is acceptable for publishers to publish articles which could encourage people to act violently and possibly kill mentally-handicapped people. That innocent Martin Bryant is incarcerated, does not give News Corp Australia any right to invade his privacy by videoing him without his knowledge (allegedly from off prison property, but this is doubted given the angles and the fences surrounding Risdon Prison), then adding to those images hate-filled demonizing text (which promoted hate-filled reader comments - this was predictable, perhaps it was very intentional), then publishing this evil work nationally and internationally on newspaper websites. But this is exactly what News Corp Australia has done. And, it has been done with the consent of the AUSTRALIAN PRESS COUNCIL which claims (on its website) to promote "good standards of media practice." In fact, what News Corp Australia has done even goes against the General Principles (ethics) of the AUSTRALIAN PRESS COUNCIL, principles which appear on the council's own website. The AUSTRALIAN PRESS COUNCIL has taken the staggering step of indirectly stating - in its letter of 27 October 2015 - that it supports the publishing of demonizing, hate-filled, and possibly lethal articles by News Corp Australia. In short, the AUSTRALIAN PRESS COUNCIL is complicit in the publishing of these criminal articles. And thus, AUSTRALIAN PRESS COUNCIL will be complicit in the killing of Martin Bryant should some person who has been incited by News Corp Australia articles commit violence against Martin Bryant. Below this email is a copy of the email which was sent to David Weisbrot, chairman of the AUSTRALIAN PRESS COUNCIL. As you will note, the possibility exists that he knew nothing about what his Paul Nangle (and the executive director John Pender?) did with my complaint and the associated 21-page submission. There is a possibility that David Weisbrot was not informed about the public reaction to the criminal articles published by News Corp Australia. (There is also the possibility that he just did not want to know.) Weisbrot does not seem to be a bad operator. Quite the contrary. He is intelligent and much involved with the common good. And it is this that makes it impossible to comprehend why he would support the publishing of hate-filled, demonizing, and potentially lethal articles by News Corp Australia. But of course there is always the possibility that the AUSTRALIAN PRESS COUNCIL is just another sham body that says lots of good things about itself, but is neither capable nor willing to take any action to correct serious wrongs - particularly wrongs caused by News Corp Australia, the premier purveyor of public poison in Australia. What can you do? For Readers new to the Port Arthur case, the biggest personal challenge is to realize then acknowledge that the official narrative is a long litany of lies. This narrative has been pushed since before the cops burnt down Seascape Cottage. Read the books on the case. Think objectively, not subjectively. Ask the plain but profound questions which have never been answered by the State. Ask why the State did not want any of the witnesses to present their evidence at a trial. It is not because the State was so concerned about the feelings of the families and friends of the victims, which is what the State claimed. It is because witnesses who were there at the massacre on 28 April 1996, have written in their statements that the gunman was not Martin Bryant. Ask questions about the 22-body refrigerated mortuary truck and the special embalming equipment which were manufactured ready for the massacre. Martin Bryant had nothing to do with these implements of death. Ask questions about Terry Hill being intimidated (see the two-page letter in MASS MURDER) to say that he had supplied firearms to Martin Bryant. Terry Hill never did supply such firearms and he refused to lie for the State. Terry Hill had integrity. Read the details in the witness statements (free copy see below) which have been leaked from the office of the director of public prosecutions in Tasmania. In them you will read how witnesses who claimed to have identified Martin Bryant were so far away from the crime scenes that they could not have seen facial features. One witness said the height of the gunman was 5'6"- 5'7". A difference of one inch. But in her own words, this witness was "only about 500 yards" from the Broad Arrow Café. ONLY 500 YARDS! That's nearly half a kilometre. No person at that extreme distance can see a difference of one inch. There are so many statements given by witnesses in which the location they give for themselves means that it was absolutely impossible for them to have seen any of the personal details they claim to have seen. Be sure to read about the gold BMW and the red Commodore which waited at the historic site tollbooth for the gunman to arrive. The red Commodore that disappeared around time the two Salzmanns GOT INSIDE ONE OF THE YELLOW VOLVOS WITH THE GUNMAN and there had a conversation with him. Robert & Helene Salzmann who it seems were intelligence agents (ASIO?), possibly handlers of the gunman. Of course the official narrative says nothing about all this. But witnesses have - IN WRITING. The biggest problem that people have with the Port Arthur case is resolving the dissonance in their mind, because the Truth is not what the official narrative is about. The story pushed by the State is slowly coming apart at the seams. This is happening because the official narrative is made up of layers of lies, half truths, and endless assertions not one of which has ever been proved in a trial. Investigators never stop working on this case and what they have already discovered proves conclusively that what happened at Port Arthur was an official massacre deliberately conducted to get the bulk of the public to accept rammed-through gun control legislation. (Please note I am not in any way involved with firearms. My only interests are Truth and Justice.) People who think for themselves see right through the Port Arthur deception. And people who have a heart, see and feel the cruelty being inflicted on the innocent patsy - Martin Bryant - who in April 2016 will have been wrongly imprisoned for 20 years for crimes he knows nothing about. This, you are to believe, is justice being served in Australia. Justice handed down - WITH NO TRIAL - by William John Ellis Cox, a mongrel lawyer posing as a judge who went on to become the royal bumlicker in Tasmania. Justice has NOT BEEN SERVED to the families and friends of the victims because the Truth, the whole Truth, has not been told by the State - and most definitely not by News Corp Australia. Feedback from those concerned about the whole incident at Port Arthur, which now includes several barristers, your Paul Nangle's words are totally unacceptable. Surely you do not have to be informed the massacre (35 killed; 23 wounded) was an officially premeditated, planned, and professionally perpetrated mass murder after which there was: NO CREDIBLE INCULPATORY EVIDENCE; NO CORONIAL INQUEST; NO PUBLIC INQUIRY; NO ROYAL COMMISSION; NO CREDIBLE IDENTIFICATION; NO WITNESS TESTIMONY IN COURT; NO REAL DEFENCE LAWYER; NO ACCEPTANCE OF NOT GUILTY PLEA*; NO JURY; and, NO TRIAL. (* Six months in prison isolation with threats, deception, and drugs(?) broke the patsy. Then mongrel lawyer John Avery forced Avery's guilty plea on him. Read the details in the book MASS MURDER.) In the words of your Mr. Nangle: "We are also not satisfied that any possible offence caused by the article is so substantial as to outweigh the importance in the public interest of allowing freedom of expression." (signed: Paul sic) So according to your Mr. Nangle, News Corp Australia can publish articles - plural not singular - which promote hatred of and the killing of a person who was videoed in prison, the images then being associated with alleged facts not proved at a trial. According to your Mr. Nangle, News Corp Australia is: "entitled to express robust and, at times, provocative views." Yes, provoking the killing of a mentally incompetent boy-man whose IQ was 66* is robust. Do you not agree? (* retarded, school-grade 6; what must it be now after nearly 20 years of slow torture in Risdon Prison?) But as for all the statements related to ethics in the submission, your Mr. Nangle said nothing. Those ethics-related statements are from: Australian Human Rights Commission; Australian Medical Association; your Australian Press Council; Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment 1984; Media, Entertainment, and Arts Alliance; The Mercury - Tasmanian newspaper; and, Standard Guidelines for Corrections in Australia. Clearly, your Mr. Nangle has no concern what these Australian bodies have stated in relation to the ethical treatment of human beings. Your Mr. Nangle doesn't give a damn about any ethics. He's quite content to accept News Corp Australia continuing to demonize and set up innocent Martin Bryant so someone (Risdon inmate or employee) can smash his skull, or choke him to death, or kick his guts in, or whatever it is that your Mr. Nangle believes is robust enough. Copies of this email and any others addressed to you will be distributed nationally as well as internationally. The number of people around the world who follow the Port Arthur incident is growing. (Other public steps will be taken in relation to your Mr. Nangle's unacceptable words.) You will be identified as you have been above. You, as chairman of the Australian Press Council, were sent a serious submission and complaint. But it has been dismissed by your Mr. Nangle. And if you do not know anything about any of the above because your mate John Pender, executive director of the Australian Press Council, kept the submission and complaint from you, then your Mr. Pender is functioning at the same unacceptable and appallingly low level as your Mr. Nangle. You obviously are part of the legal infrastructure in Australia. But from someone who is not, and who sees so many condemnatory reports (popular & professional) related to the Australian legal system - it is not a system of justice - this system is corrupt to the core. That the Australian Press Council is quite content to let News Corp Australia aid (by publishing) and abet (by wording) the killing of an innocent, mentally-handicapped human being, then without a doubt the Australian Press Council is a corrupt adjunct to the legal system in Australia. So now, you can either accept the killing of Martin Bryant as is being encouraged by News Corp Australia and is being supported by your Australian Press Council. Or, you can do something about it. Given the high-level positions you hold you certainly could - and should. Of course there will be repercussions if you don't. One of your former students (Carolyn Adams) said this about you: "David taught me to be brave and to think outside the square." Well now, we are going to see whether David himself can think outside the square. Or, has News Corp Australia got you boxed in?
