The Monday Update

Thank you for everything you are doing to support our campaign to keep the Aurora Australis in Hobart!

Some say no news is good news, and that's partly true, but the suspense is hard to take... we've heard nothing more on the potential sale since Friday. 

However over 850 of you have supported us! Wow! That is amazing. 

Don't forget that if you haven't already, you can still:

• contact the office of the Minister Hon. Paul Fletcher who can invoke heritage law to keep the AA in Australia
• write to Tasmanian Premier Peter Gutwein to request that the State Government supports the Hobart and Tasmanian economy through a major new tourist attraction

If we don't get to keep the Aurora Australis (*sob*) the AAF will still be working hard to establish an Australian Antarctic Museum in Hobart, and as part of that we will be collecting memories and images of the AA to tell her story one way or another.

So stick with us - there will be lots more to come, whatever happens!
