I am encouraging all of you to please write to your state and local officials and to please share this petition to them. I am still seeing inadequate enforcement of mask mandates in the store that I work at. I wrote the governor of my state and you can to. It’s easy to just write that you are concerned about Home Depot and that they should be doing more to enforce the mask mandates. We have lost many lives over 190,000 plus now have died to this disease and it is our time to say enough is enough.
We are not just soulless robots, but living and breathing human beings. We all have a soul and creativity. We need to use these things to suggest ideas of how to create safer environment during this worldwide pandemic. Us retail workers just get fired sometimes for speaking about these things and that should be stopped. A retail worker should every right to free speech that a rich politician does. I am asking all Americans to do the right moral thing and take this seriously. We did it over 100 years ago and contained the Spanish flu.
Now is the time to share this petition and start others like it for Walmart, Target, and Lowe’s. We need to Unite as a common people to combat this threat to our way of life. I don’t speak for everyone, but I believe I do speak for a great many of you. We are tired of covid 19 and we want it contained and people to be selfless instead of selfish. We need to come together if we are to defeat this virus. I encourage all of you to not be afraid of who you work for and to stand for something for you will be remembered for it after the pandemic passes. We live only one life it should matter and does our health. Please do not be afraid and stand up for what you believe in. This is the time to stand up and say enough is enough, covid 19 is real and needs to be contained.
