A local homeless man in Portsmouth was sleeping on Boxing Day morning when he was assaulted by a security worker at Debenhams, comercial road Portsmouth. The security man soaked his blankets, clothing, and other belongings such as donations he had received from kind passers by over the festive period! This is out rageous and not acceptable for the security worker to able to get away with this!
