We, the undersigned, petition the Greyhound Welfare and Integrity Commission to publish on their website, the full report and findings of the safety inspection undertaken on the Ladbrokes Lismore Greyhound Racing track in January 2019.

In order to satisfy the industry's social licence in the eyes of the public, detailed information must be provided on the reasons identified as to why greyhounds are being injured and killed at the Lismore track.
