City deal still threatening Madingley Wood, the 800 wood & the American Cemetery & Memorial

This technical report (background paper 2) promotes Councillor Burkitt's highly unpopular busway scheme that would harm Madingley Wood, the 800 Wood & the American Cemetery & Memorial, and disregards other proposals that have overwhelming support, such as the A428/M11 interchange.
