Sub. : Seeking a high-level enquiry based on scientific and forensic evidences including CDR of Mobiles, brain-mapping etc. of accused & complainant while giving due consideration to the conspiracy angle in allegations of Rape & Molestation against Uttar Pradesh cadre IPS Amitabh Thakur & his Social Activist wife Nutan Thakur by a Ghaziabad based woman before the State Women Commission

 Sir,

This refers to serious allegations of Rape & Molestation against Uttar Pradesh cadre IPS Amitabh Thakur & his Social Activist wife Nutan Thakur. Amitabh Thakur & his wife Nutan Thakur both are RTI activists. We came to know through a daily newspaper ‘AVADHNAMA’ that a Ghaziabad based woman has accused before the State Women Commission that some politician got her acquainted to Amitabh Thakur & Nutan Thakur in Ghaziabad and Amitabh’s wife Nutan called her to Lucknow falsely alluring her a job. As per the allegation, when she came to Amitabh’s Lucknow residence, Nutan brought her before Amitabh and Amitabh took her to his room in late night and molested and raped her. The accusations say that Amitabh Thakur & Nutan Thakur also threatened her of jail, if she made a complaint in this regards.

 The allegation are very very serious in nature and if these are really true, Amitabh Thakur & Nutan Thakur had definitely committed a very serious crime for which they should be dealt with as per the law of the land simultaneously keeping in view the social activities of Amitabh Thakur & Nutan Thakur, there are strong chances of a conspiracy by people aggrieved of them  who do not want them to carry on their social work.

 You shall agree that as per the eternal principal of law, no culprit should be spared & also no innocent should be punished so through this memorandum, we are seeking a high-level enquiry based on scientific and forensic evidences including CDR of Mobiles, brain-mapping etc. of accused & complainant while giving due consideration to the conspiracy angle so that justice should be done in this high-profile case and the real culprits be punished.
