Imagine, you are locked up all day in a little cage, you can't go anywhere or do anything, literally just stay 24/7 in that one cage. This is what the animals in the Tirana Zoo go though everyday. In the Tirana Zoo, the animals have horrible conditions. The animals are in small areas about as big as my room, some are even smaller than that. The areas where the animals are stored are horrible, the animals sit all day in their cages, they have nothing to do, they have no grass, no things to jump on or climb on. Today when I visited the zoo for the first time, I had never seen anything like that. I was in shock, immediately I knew that I wanted to start a petition against the Zoo to help shut it down.

The Zoo is located in a country called Albania, the capital city, Tirana. As I walked by each cage, I saw the misery in the animals eyes. There was one fox, who just walking back and forth fast. Most animals don't have any family or friends who can keep them company. 

When one of the animals were given food, the caretaker just opened the cage and threw in a couple of pieces of meat. Each animal has a little 0.5 L tiny bucket of water to drink from. The water bucket, is actually a recycled butter container, not even a good one. 

What I want to achieve is either better conditions for the animals, or completely shutting down the zoo. They best option would be shutting down the zoo, since all the abuse the animals have to go through daily. I don't know how I will achieve this, but I pray to find a way somehow.
