The unfortunate incidence of of the poor stray being throw from a 4 story building ,done in a broad daylight and taken a video and posted on Facebook. Which was ruthless demented and unacceptable. We request to give a severe punishment to the people who were involved in this inhumane act.we request the Authority of government of India to make the animal welfare bill to be passed.so these things do not continue.
