A WIN WIN for cats/humans.  Many elderly in British Columbia would like the companionship of a cat.  Many have been denied this pleasure due to the fact that they cannot clean the litter box.  Many were obliged to give them up.  Those with physical disabilities should have help for work that is too difficult for them.  Some spend their medicine money to pay outside help in order to keep their cats, cut grass, and remove snow.

These people deserve to live a life that is enjoyable and not to feel deprived of so little.
