This Chinese student and sorry excuse for a human being repeatedly beat his poor puppy for seven hours until the puppy passed out. He only got a fine and 120 hours of community service. This is not nearly enough of a punishment for such unthinkable abuse on an innocent, helpless puppy! To make matters worse, he now has another dog! We need to make sure his dog is taken off him and put in a loving home. People like this should NOT be allowed to walk free, let alone be allowed to stay in Australia after committing such a disgusting act.
