Despite the good news in April of a further 2 1/2 year visa and our fantastic success in getting the Home Office to agree that 98-year old Myrtle should be allowed (in principle) to apply for benefits because she is destitute, Myrtle still hasn't received any decision on her DWP application even though she applied 3 months ago!

Her heart is failing and Myrtle is now largely bedbound.
