The support for the petition has been fantastic and so heartening both for Myrtle and for her daughter Mary. Myrtle’s position is still highly precarious: having used up all court avenues in the UK, she can removed at any time. At the moment, the Home Office can come at any time, detain my mother in an immigration detention centre and remove her to South Africa. So we need to ask your help again.
