Thanks to you, my petition has qualified for ‘Featured’ status

Thank you for being one of the 272 people to support my petition and send it past it’s first hurdle. For the 24 people who shared it on and 12 people who funded it, you made my day. But this is slow going to reach 1 million, and the view-to- sign rate for my petition versus the average indicates people don’t see the relevance that racist bankers play in their lives. So spare a thought…

Despite being the worlds fastest growing continental economy (Forbes, 2021), today Africa sits alone from the global economy suffering from a broad lack of #banking integration and corporate investment. These factors are both cause and effect for the instability that has blighted so many African lives and countries for so long. Could it truly be that simple? That today the ubiquitously white men that fill bank board rooms and other decision making bodies are failing to understand the immense economic potential of this forgotten continent because of how detached they are from the rich culture of it’s peoples?
