If you are not sure how to complain this email will look at the last of the four issues. 

The issues on which the development should fail are 

flooding
green belt
heartwood
highways
So far our updates have looked at flooding, heartwood and highways.

A signatory, Amer, wrote,
‘Why destroy green fields, when proper utilization of existing land &/or exploring better design proposals rather than aiming for cutting corners, taking short cuts and abusing the environment for easy access to money that usually evaporates prior to end of the approved scheme!!!’

We couldn’t agree more. 

St Albans District Council itself in 2023 did not recommend this land be released as it is high quality farmland.

I object to the Woollam Park development on the grounds that the SADC itself said the land was not recommended for release as it was high performing land in the SADC GB 2023 review .’
