To chose and elect MLA'S on the basis of there speech and promises before elections is what we have been seeing from beginning. We being a responsible citizen of country , should we allow all MLA'S witjout having minimum education qualification? We should strictly set some qualitative standards(in terms of there qualifications) to apply on a MLA Seat. Should we allow an individual who passed 10th/12th to apply anf nominate himself/herself from any particular seat?.

At least any person who has completed Masters degree in any discipline should be authorised to apply or nominate for MLA'S seat from any constituency. This will strengthen our democratic system with well educated Mla's from acoss India irrespective of any party/ individual seat. This will help India to grow and to understand the basics of developmental delays. 

Please I would request every responsible citizens of India to sign this petition to make The election Commission of India with Supreme Court to make this mandatory for nominating oneself for any legislative constituency elections.
