BIG THANKS to everyone who wrote to the SECRETARY OF STATE Robert Jenrick about the WHITECHAPEL BELL FOUNDRY! Today a Holding Direction was issued to Tower Hamlets preventing them proceeding with approving the planning application for change of use to a boutique hotel.
