For the One Year Anniversary for Dokkan Battle (Global) Bandai Namco released the "Gogeta Banner" and the "Janemba/Gotenks Banner". With doing this they dropped the rates insanely low to less than .5% chance of getting these characters. So people didn't know this until a website did the calculations of the drop rates. Without doing so they encouraged people to buy Dragon Stones (In-Game Currency) to summon these characters from the banners by having a sale that basically won't do anything to help you get these characters. I want Bandai to compensate every player that spent 100+ Dragon Stones on either banner with depending on how many multi summons you did you should get a Golden SSR Ticket (A guaranteed high level card. Meaning if you did 3 multi summons you should get 3 golden SSR tickets. If Bandai doesn't want to do that we could just get 200 Dragon Stones or be refunded the amount we spent on either banner. I've seen people spend 1000 stones and not get any good characters or anything. You can spend at least 300 stones and not get anything good. .5% is atrocious no matter what anyone says. 5% that's ok. 10% even better but .5%.
