Petition updateThe DOJ Let Live Nation Off the Hook. We’re Taking the Power Back.

Update: Your Signatures Just Went to a Federal Judge.

Live Events Standards CouncilOakland, CA, United States
Apr 26, 2026

152 of you signed this petition. We want you to know — it mattered.

On April 27, 2026, the Live Events Standards Council formally filed a Public Interest Letter with Judge Arun Subramanian at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The same court. The same case. USA v. Live Nation Entertainment, Case No. 1:24-cv-03973.

We cited you. By name — as 152 verified stakeholders who formally demanded an independent conduct standard for the live events market. That number is now part of the federal court record.

What we told the judge:

The live events industry is the only major consumer market without an independent, audited safety standard. We explained it this way: Underwriters Laboratories (UL) certifies that your light bulb is safe before it hits shelves — no financial stake in whether it passes or fails. That's what Front Row Certified is for tickets. All-in pricing. Verified bot protection. Artist control. Non-exclusive venues. Fair resale. Five pillars. One standard. Independently audited.

The jury already proved the harm was real. We told the judge what fair looks like on the other side of the verdict.

Now we need you to do one thing.

The remedies phase is happening right now. The judge is deciding what "fixed" actually means. Every new signature between today and that ruling adds to the public record that fans, artists, and venues are watching — and that they expect more than a press release.

Share this petition with one person today. That's it. One text. One post. One DM. If all 152 of you do that, we double overnight.

We didn't get this far by being quiet. Let's finish it.
