This is inherited in India from centuries many activists tried to abolish the caste system however roots are so strong caste system politics still intact. However in the corporate world hypocrite speaks about globalization, equality. Philosophers preach about charity, dharma, etc.

Even article 15 of the constitution of India prohibits discrimination based on caste but the judicial system is so transparent & efficient in India that it will take decades to get justice.
