5 minutes on TV was never going to be enough time to truly share the extend to which Jessie informed herself and the breadth of decision making she explored prior to her birth day. But it has allowed the conversation to continue in the mainstream. And Jessie is an example of what claiming your birth can look like. The more that is witnessed the better!! So amazing work to the corageous Jessie for commiting to set the story straight and not allow it to end with the slanderous reports published 2 weeks ago. No apology was made, but in hindsight, what good would that have done anyway? The discourse is continuing and the trajectory is positive. So it feels like a win on this side for sure!
