End of an era

Hi all,

unfortunately more changes... I was told the tender would be completed in October. It's actually not even started yet and I received an email from WDC that it will happen "in a month or so". Given my notice has already been served and I only have until 15th March I don't think this is fair.

WDC have also gone back on some compensation that was due first week of October. They confirmed the agreed amount twice in writing but yesterday said that this is being withdrawn. Given it's over a month late I asked over the phone what the issue is. They said that I will receive a letter later in the week... Obviously I can't operate like this.

WDC have unfortunately made it impossible for me to continue to run this club. It is now so far off what is in the licence and I am not receiving the compensation due and the off court issues have become a nightmare really. I cannot continue as it's impacting my own mental health. 

I won't be going for the tender because four years is too long to make these huge compromises. It has been limitation after limitation. This is hugely disappointing but it's impossible to continue attempting to operate like this. Thanks to those who have put up with all this for so long and I'm sorry to have to admit defeat now.
