Thanks for all the support.

I can't stress enough the importance of signing the petition.  This incinerator has already been set up (left on the image), the fact that it has been set up without yet having an environmental permit doesn't fill anyone with confidence that the council will refuse the permit, why would a company outlay the expense on moving and setting up the device if they weren't confident they'd be able to sway the relevant bodies into allowing it to happen?  I certainly wouldn't.
