We respectfully ask the council to please review and change the laws pertaining to “PETS” that are continually forced to live outside, some for 24/7. Freezing temperatures. Unbearable heat. Some teathered to short, heavy chains. Many with inadequate shelter, Little food and frozen water. This is unacceptable! Neighbors are forced to listen to the cries and barks of these, seemingly forgotten souls, many of which live their entire lives alone outside, with no companionship or care. The sad truth is, sometimes they live alone and they die alone. Please help us, help them
