Give Loki a chance!. He is only 22 months old and has not been given the chance to prove himself. He was left to wander the streets and was not trained or properly socialized. This dog CAN be rehabilitated if he is re homed to a caring home that will take the time with him to train him. It is not his fault that he was neglected. Please let him live.
