FOI 2017-81 Notice of Decision/Appeal MA19-00749/Mediation Stage

The City sent a letter stating  there are 'No additional record responsive to your request' quoting section 1 of Regulation 823 of the Act.

This decision was appealed and is now in the mediation stage as of a letter dated November 15th as the IPC's preferred method of dispute resolution.
