Oh no! Pritzker wants return to kid mask mandates due to COVID BA.2 subvariant

It’s March 23, 2022 – and once again Gov. Pritzker is threatening to RETURN to COVID restrictions if the new COVID BA.2 variant surges.

Illinois kids have only been maskless for a few weeks in schools and grocery stores, restaurants and businesses have only recently been allowed to lift restrictions – including vaccine “passports” in Chicago and Cook County. But Gov. Pritzker and the State of Illinois want their control back – and they may not be able to wait until after the mid-term elections to lock us back down again.

Following what Dr. Fauci says, Gov. J.B. Pritzker says if there is a surge, Illinois is prepared.  Dr. Anthony Fauci says the sub-variant is about 50 to 60 percent more transmissible than Omicron.

That is why we are continuing our lawsuit against Gov. Pritzker, the Illinois Department of Public Health, the Chicago Board of Education and the Rockford School District – who have recently filed a second Motion to Dismiss against our lawsuit to protect Illinois school kids from unconstitutional mandates.

We need to beat Gov. Pritzker and the Chicago Board of Education with this lawsuit so THEY CANNOT put unconstitutional restrictions on our kids and families ever again – because as soon as the election is over – OR BEFORE – Gov. Pritzker plans to force mandates back on kids, churches and businesses.

Right now there is NO CASE LAW on the books that PERMANENTLY prevents Gov. Pritzker from reinstating these COVID restrictions and mask mandates. The temporary restraining order against mask mandates in our schools in the downstate case HAS BEEN OVERTURNED by the Illinois Supreme Court.

That’s why we need to win this case to the end and have the court rule that Gov. Pritkzer violated the constitutional rights of our kids immediately.
