As you know, Gov. Pritzker has been trying to get rid of our equal protection lawsuit filed on behalf of high school students in Illinois and the mom of Trevor Till who committed suicide last October.

He has tried to transfer the case to Sangamon County and asked the Illinois Supreme Court to force the judge in Sangamon to accept jurisdiction after the chief judge denied it - lashing out at Pritzker for judge shopping.

WELL - the judge in Sangamon County is NOW FORCING Gov. Pritzker to answer our Motion for Summary Judgment in the case. He has two weeks to ANSWER WHY HE IS DISCRIMINATING AGAINST OUR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS AND WHY COLLEGE AND PRO-SPORTS HAVE NO RESTRICTIONS AND WERE NOT EVER CANCELED.

Gov. Pritzker did not want to answer us. Now, he has to. He also wanted the judge to hear his motion to dismiss first - but again, the judge told him no! The judge wants to hear oral arguments on our MOTION first! AND IF WE WIN ON THE MOTION, WE WIN PERIOD!
