I emailed DEO that we are missing $600 weekly CARES ACT payment now and this is their generic reply: 

You have reached the Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) Customer Information Center.

Our team here at DEO is working around the clock to meet our number one goal of getting Floridians paid as quickly as possible. The Customer Information Center does not have access to the information needed to review your claim.

Please be assured that DEO is focused on getting Floridians paid as quickly as possible.  Over the next several days, claimants may be receiving additional funds.  DEO is committed to ensuring all Floridians receive the benefits they are owed.
