My name is Lindsay sampson our beloved mum ( my mother in law ) died 2 years ago suddenly. She is buried in the local church. We submitted a plan for her gravestone and it was rejected due to church guideines. We then as a family submitted a new design which complied only for there to have been a mistake and the original one which was the first one to be rejected was accepted so we now have the beautiful stone we wanted originally. The vicar is now saying it needs to be removed but we don't think this is right as it was their mistake and it will cause so much distress to our family.
