Less than 2 weeks ago, I obtained an Interlocutory Injunction preventing a Labour Party Expulsion Hearing going ahead until 8th January. Despite being suspended for 20 months I had been given just 4 weeks notice, despite being in hospital. I have no illusions that Iain McNicols apparatchiks will expel me for the 'crime' of opposing Labour's well-financed Zionist lobby however I have made it as difficult as possible for me and the reinstatement campaign will begin the next day. The Crowdfunding Appeal I launched has now reached over £5,000. This means I can now instruct a barrister to draw up a Claim Form and Particulars and issue proceedings in the High Court. Because of a 1 year limitation in Defamation I must file by February 25th 2018 at the latest. Ken McDonald QC very kindly gave me his time and advice during the lead up to the injunction hearing. However I was forced to represent myself in the hearing. A libel hearing is very different, requiring cross examination and mastery of an area of law I am not familiar with. In addition I will need to secure legal advice and representation in the stages leading up to the court hearing. I cannot count on it being pro-bono (free). This is where you come in. I am asking you, if you can afford me, to help out. The main activity of the fake Zionist ‘charity’ the Campaign Against Anti-Semitism is to defame as anti-Semitic supporters of Palestine and anti-Zionists. It is powerful and wealthy. It has 2 QCs and a number of Lords and MPs amongst its patrons including Baroness Deech and Sir Eric Pickles. Theresa May has also praised this ‘charity’. It almost certainly is in receipt of Israeli financing. Just over a year ago, the CAA even filed a complaint against Jeremy Corbyn, accusing him of anti-Semitism! When Gerald Kaufman, a wonderful Jewish MP who was originally a Zionist supporter, died, they described him as having 'left a rotting stain on our institutions.' because Gerald spoke out in support of the Palestinian. You may remember his speech comparing Israel's murder in Gaza to the Nazi murder of his own grandmother in a Polish ghetto. This comparison drove the Zionists mad. The CAA attempted to stop Palestine Expo 2017 last July because it was a 'Jew hate festival'. My libel action against the CAA is for its description of me as a ‘notorious anti-Semite’ but to do that I need to raise at least £25,000. I am not suing the CAA just on my behalf but on behalf of all those who have suffered from its libellous attacks. Defeating the CAA will mean a defeat for the Zionist 'anti-Semitism' campaign . I am ready to face the prospect of being made bankrupt but I am also asking, if you can afford it, that you make a sacrifice and donate as much as you can to the crowdfunding site.
