#PRASALeaks: Reports commissioned by Treasury into PRASA
The Department of National Treasury commissioned 13 firms to investigate Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) contracts worth R10 million or more.
This was ordered by former Public Protector Thuli Madonsela in her 2015 report on mismanagement at PRASA.
Treasury sat on these reports for almost a year (perhaps longer in some cases). Here are the reports as they were provided to GroundUp by the UniteBehind Coalition. The only modification we have made to them is to convert Word, Excel and Powerpoint files to PDFs using LibreOffice.
The KPMG report we originally received was an encrypted PowerPoint file which we could not access. We were subsequently given a KPMG report in PDF format.
Download all the reports as one zipped file (approximately 24 MB)
