Our Amazon rainforest is critical in protecting almost half of the world species from extinction. They have been called the "lungs of the earth For their copious exchange of oxygen and regular absorption of the greenhouse gas CO2. Eating flesh is not worth the extinction of ~ 1/2 the life on earth. If vegan there will be no demand for further deforestation. It's as simple as eating what grows naturally. We can easily feed the world and reforest the Amazon to save species and stay climate change... It's up to us.
