The blocking of educational attainment for children over political purposes is terrorism.

The Issue

We petition for a resolution decreeing the actions of Jefferson County Public School (JCPS) employees whom misappropriated illnesses to the extent of denying children the basic right of education for political purposes be labeled as domestic terrorism and said individuals be held liable for these crimes against children.

Whereas on Thursday, February 28, 2019, and on Wednesday, March 6, 2019, and on Thursday, March 7, 2019, and on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, and on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, and on Thursday, March 14, 2019, JCPS employees tactically and systematically undermined the educational infrastructure of the city of Louisville, denying the children of Louisville with educational attainment and jeopardizing their welfare, imposing economic hardship on parents together with disruption of the daily lives of all citizens, for political gain.

In accordance with 18 U.S. Code § 2331.5 and JCPS acting as parens patriae, K.R.S. 159.990, we call upon the Attorney General of Kentucky to acknowledge and act upon these individuals as domestic terrorists, those whom oppressed the citizens of Louisville through the terror of confusion, disruption, and longterm withholding the ability for educational achievement of children, all for political purpose, and take prosecutorial action.
