A journey through vast white and luminous spaces. Then black walls, dim lights and subdued atmospheres.
Expression(ism) - abstraction. Colours, impressions, characters, feelings and affects. Geometrical forms and bad paintings. Some minimal. Let’s say the 20th century up to now. The best of what we can afford to borrow. The most.
Accumulation(s). Growth(s). Out-growth(s).
Like a tumblr web site but made real. In front of you.  Dimensions and materials. Followers.
Increase. Boost. Popularity, a bomb that is not quite fully defused – but nearly.
Public.
The exponential power of the web, displaced-replaced.
A virus in a gigantic architecture. Walls.
Not the imaginary museum, a genuine one. In space.
Let’s exhibit the stock. Gestures. Flatness. Surface matters. Attitudes have become forms. Today, it’s the mass that has become form.
Patent quantity. Gathering.
Capitalisation? I don’t know. Lets see.
Of course, this is unique and unforeseen. We used to have salons where Courbet could shock. But today, everything has changed. Here and now, it’s about you. You’re the one signing for him.

De toutes les tailles, de toutes les formes, de toutes les techniques.
Un parcours. Des grandes salles blanches très lumineuses, des murs noirs et des ambiances tamisées. Des toiles expressionnistes, des peintures abstraites, des couleurs, des impressions, des personnages, des formes géométriques, des bad paintings, des oeuvres minimales… Disons, le XXe siècle jusqu’à aujourd’hui. Le mieux de ce qu’on peut emprunter. Le plus aussi.
Accumulation(s). Croissance(s). EX-croissance(s).
Comme un tumblr, mais en live. Face à soi. Dimensions et matériaux réels. Followers.
L’augmentation, la poussée. Le populaire, bombe pas encore tout à fait désamorcée – mais presque.
Public.
L’exponentiel du web, déplacé/replacé. Un virus dans une architecture gigantesque. Murs.
Pas un musée imaginaire, un musée en vrai. En espace.
Exposons la réserve. Les gestes, les matières à plats.
Les attitudes sont devenues forme. Aujourd’hui, là - c’est la masse (qui devient forme).
Quantité manifeste. Rassembler.
Capitalisation ? Je ne sais pas. Justement, il faudrait voir.
Évidemment, c’est unique. C’est inédit. Car avant, il y avait les salons où Courbet choquait. Mais aujourd’hui, tout  a changé. Là, c’est vous. C’est vous qui signez pour lui.
