To all the original supporters of SAME SEX MARRIAGE PLEASE SIGN OUR NEW PETITION IT IS URGENT After a 2 year battle with the Bermuda Government along with a failed referendum and failed moral courage by the politicians of Bermuda, we took the fight to the Supreme Court of Bermuda. On MAY 5th 2017 Justice Charles-Etta Simmons ruled that the Government had discriminated against a same sex couple thus paving the way for SAME SEX MARRIAGE. Just 7 months later the new PLP Government are bringing legislation to reverse marriage equality. They are sending gay people to the back of the bus. It is nothing short of political/religious nonsense. Bermuda will get a "black eye" on the world stage. It will hurt same sex couples and damage major tourism potential. It is just plain wrong what Premier David Burt and his Government are doing.. PLEASE SAVE MARRIAGE EQUALITY and SIGN THE NEW PETITION
