We understand that the Marriage Application to be heard in the Supreme Court of Bermuda has been "delisted" by the court until the New Year. This is indeed disappointing. Meanwhile Preserve Marriage are spending fortunes on lawyers, newspaper ads and generally leading a full on attack to deny MARRIAGE EQUALITY in BERMUDA. Today Preserve Marriage attacked the lawyer representing the same sex applicants applying for a marriage license with a half page ad in Bermuda's Royal Gazette newspaper. What is staggering is the length that religious backed people will resort to in denying equality in Bermuda. Surely GOD cannot be pleased. MLK said, "We will get to the Promise land". May justice prevail in the courts. Human Rights are not just for the folks who got their rights, but for all people to be equal under the law and that must include the right of marriage.
