Complaint... brushed off

The BBC responded, essentially saying; "Yeah, we get you're cross, but we don't care." Bullshit. Sign on up, people, the more support we have, the more backing we have to do this, share with people who you think would be interested. The Email itself went exactly as follows (if anyone is interested in reading it all) "Thanks for getting in touch about 'BBC Online'. I understand you are unhappy with the removal of the game ‘Big Al’ from the BBC Science & Nature website. I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with its removal. The Big Al game has been archived and will no longer be available. We are constantly trying to keep our online features fresh and updating games like this is a part of that. We also have to be wary of space online, as this allows us to create new content. You can find out more about page archival on our blog here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/internet/posts/Labelling-the-BBCs-online-archive We note your interest in the Big Al game and your disappointment that it’s been replaced on the BBC Website.
