1/.Mr Danny Cohen is responsible for the gross misuse of TV licence funds in an attempt to manipulate public opinion by arranging the production of an "independent" letter of support for the BBC that, far from being independent, was conceived, drafted and promoted by BBC staff under Mr Cohen's direction.

2/. Mr Cohen has made a series of interventions in programme content and broadcasting decisions that are bringing the BBC into disrepute and contributing to the deterioration of the BBC services.
