I have just been informed that 'Grandma' tried to escalate her concerns to the Area manager about the case worker retaliating by unnecessarily removing the child, due to the complaint against her, and she was told by the reception staff that they had received an internal email stating that they were not permitted to put her call through to anybody!!!! How can this atrocity be addressed when they close ranks???? And little Johnny is still alienated by a system employed to protect him. Does anybody really care? No seriously, lets hear from you, our supporters, the public, do you really care what happens to little Johnny? Please comment below.
