The Arizona Nurses Association has an advocacy link on their web site that has been used to spread the word to Facebook, now putting an organization name behind the petition and posting it to the public.  The AZNA has many nurse followers.  The AZ ombudsman's office has been asked numerous times for help, and just like Governor Ducey...this has fallen upon deaf ears.  However, with God, all things are possible...other ears can hear !
