Need to get to 100 Signatures So Petition Can Go To UN Secretary-General Guterres

It was a remarkable coincidence that, in his New York press conference on Oct 22, Secretary-General Guterres (our chosen decision-maker) essentially called for the end of the fighting and the beginning of a prevailing diplomacy as the sole means to resolve differences and solve world problems.
