This 'Westminster Hall' debate does not involve a vote on legislation - so there's no risk of the issue being voted down. No matter where your MP stands on electoral reform, we want them to join the debate so they can at very least hear the arguments.
The last time we secured a debate in Parliament (in October 2017), it was very attended - and it’s fair to say the argument was overwhelmingly won by pro-PR MPs.
This time, we want even more to speak in favour. Recently we have seen new support for PR emerging from the most unexpected of places - so please do contact your MP.
And given the state of British politics, we're looking forward to watching the responding government minister try to claim First Past the Post "ensures 'strong and stable government'!
