Tomorrow Feb 24, 2025 Saanich Council will deliberate on the Draft Quadra/McKenzie Plan at Saanich City Hall.

It is Item F1. on the agenda of the Council meeting that starts at 7PM.  Oral Public input for the item has been closed.

Council is also providing a "Meet and Greet" session that begins an hour earlier at 6PM.

The Meet and Greet will take place at District of Saanich Municipal Hall, 770 Vernon Avenue, 2nd Floor Foyer.

Notably the Meet and Greet will not be recorded.

It is important that despite not being recorded and despite not being able to provide oral input on the agenda item during the council meeting, that the public show up with a significant presence, so that the Council are not left to deliberate before an empty chamber, but rather feel the pressure to provide representation to the public that they were elected to serve.
