I have many pets. One day one of my rabbits died and I found out I had high levels of ammonia in my house. So I thought it would be best for my dog to stay out of my house till the problem was resolved.  

I left my dog in the care of my neighbour who goes by the name Sam. She has had my dog for about 2 weeks. On my way back from work one day I found out the RSPCA had been to my house. I was obviously angry. I said to another neighbour "i have an idea who it was". Another neighbour got really funny.

For the next few hours I had 2 neighbours shouting at me and screaming at me. Verbal abuse and I was also assaulted by the person who has now stolen my dog. Telling me I don't look after my dog.  That he was thin. (He was ill from the ammonia hence why he was out of the house).

The RSPCA left me a bit stating for me to take my rabbit for a check up so i did. The RSPCA left no note stating I can't have my dog.  I am allowed my dog. There is no reason I can't have him. I am allowed all of my animals.

my pets have fresh water and food every day, they get played with and are cared for.  If they wasn't being looked after then they would of been taken away by the RSPCA which they weren't.

So my problem is my neighbour is refusing me my dog back. My dog is called Rio. A RSPCA inspector went round her house to convince her to give the dog back and she didn't.  Police went round there to get him back but they never came back to me. 

My dog is safe with me. He is not safe with this Sam. She was very abusive threatening to beat me up and punch me. She has also threatened to sell my dog.

What i would defintly like to happen is

: I want my dog back.

: I want police to act upon this matter as it is a criminal offence that she has my dog who isn't her property.

Rio is microchipped and he is a teacup chihuahua. He is 8months old. I have relèvent paperwork stating he belongs to me. He also has a collar with my surname on and my contact number.

my house is warm. There is loads of food waiting for him and lots of hugs for when he gets back.

i really miss him.
