A response has been received from the office of the Federal Minister overlooking national Communication Strategies. They are seeking responses from Red Train regarding the performance issues. 

They have confirmed that that Red Train is the nominated provider under the SIP for our areas so are accountable for sub par speeds and network performance and will investigate further.
