Just wanted to take a minute to let everyone know that we have officially filed a "writ" with the Supreme Court. That means that within a few months, we should know if Brandon's final Federal appeal will move forward or not. The Supreme Court can deny the writ without a hearing, they can grant a hearing in which case we'll be traveling to Washington DC, or they can send the appeal back to the Fifth Circuit. Please keep Brandon in your thoughts and prayers as he moves through this final stage of Federal appeals.
